DouBLe DiGitS!!!

YAY!!! number TEN was great!! On Tuesday evening, my son Jayson, in town for Christmas was hanging out with his friends... I was lonely at home and sending him texts to try and get him to feel guilt for not being with me... well, what I got in return was even better!!! He sent me a text asking if I worked on Christmas eve... I said no, he sends a text back and asks if I want to see Twilight with him that day!!!! YAY! so, we made plans to do that. I was running some last minute Christmas errands when I get a text from my friend Lynsie. She was in town for Christmas and wanted to see what I was doing, so I called her and invited her too! So, we all went... BUT in all the excitement I forgot my camera... luckily Lynsie had hers, so we took a couple pictures...... she is supposed to email them to me (HINT HINT) but hasn't yet. I decided to take a pic of the ticket stubs instead, then realized that I washed them with my jeans, but luckily you can still see most of the writing!

I had a blast, Lynsie loved the movie too, but I think Jayson didn't appreciate me grabbing his leg when I first saw Edward, OR me saying "I've been there" to the places in the movie I have visited! LOL

SO, lucky for all of you reading this and all my other posts regarding me seeing the movie AGAIN, I think I am going to wait and see it next on DVD, which I will purchase the day it comes out! I heard possibly April as to when that will happen, so I am shooting for the 21st.... a Tuesday and MY birthday!!!

How much do I love my customers?????

I was at the post office the other night and well,,, it is a very busy time of year. However, getting my orders to my customers is important to me.

I did my thing at the automatic postage thingee (OME, I am super fast at that now!) then I was putting packages into the drop thing, and there were too many in there already, so the door was jammed. Well, I was determined to get mine in there too as they are certanily more important than the one that was causing the problem... so I stuck my not thin arm in there, but stupidly pushed up the lever and smashed my arm! OUCH!!!! There were other people around, so of course I pretended that I was not in pain, and left.... when I got up in the morning, I saw this bruise and wondered where it came from,,, then remembered!! LOL

The most important thing is everything was mailed off with love that night! and I would do it again too!!!

I had so much fun with my mom at the movie!!! I think we had the most fun taking the pictures before the movie started! I had my mom take them as she was on the correct side for the camera.

What did I learn from the evening out?? Having fun is essential!! I should have "freshened up" after working all day and then going out, I need a new camera and most important....

I STILL LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!!!!

I am going to see #9 tonight.... I wanted to go in honor of it being the original release date... so really, the 9th time is like my first time!!! I can't believe how difficult it was to find someone to go with me!! Tonight seems like a very popular Christmas party evening!! (I KNOW it was that and not that people didn't want to see it again!) So, my cute mom is going with me, she is making a big sacrifice to stay up late too!
If you stumbled upon my "negative feedback" post, I am sorry! (now deleted) After I had time to think I have AWESOME and SWEET customers and repeat customers that have become my friends! that is the important thing! I think I have put in over 50 hours this week on TW stuff alone, besides working my full time day job! perhaps I have been a bit sleep deprived???? And when I have slept, I have been dreaming about vampires and bookends too! lol

How was your weekend?

I spent my weekend fulfilling orders for my fellow Twilighters! Thanks to TwilightMOMS and being vendor of the month, I received over 100 orders this weekend.

I am totally caught up too!!!

As you can see from the pictures, I got everything out today! I think I am officially an expert at the automatic postage machine at the post office now!!! When I got home, I had 7 new orders and I am excited to work on them when I get home from working my (other) full time job! lol I want to seriously thank my awesome mother!!! She came to my messy, gross house and helped me package and address stuff and painted wood. It was so great! I looked at my big folders of orders to ship and wondered if I would be able to get them done before I went to work on Monday... and thanks to her and my incredible daughter Jess, I did it! Jess picked up supplies , peeled vinyl and sanded wood for me (as well as cooked me dinner!)... they both just saved my life! Now, I am exhausted (I worked almost 30 hours this weeknd)!! Hopefully I won't dream about designing new bookends like I did last night and will dream about Edward... or Rob!

I am so excited to be vendor of the month for December, I have been working very hard.... seriously, you can just at my messy house and empty fridge for proof! lol

This has been so much fun! To create items for something that I have so much passion for!

yay... again!

Alice Cullen???

Last night, I got to do something great! It was so much fun!!! I helped out a friend and delivered a secret santa envelope to someone in need. When I went to the door, I introduced myself as Alice Cullen and that I was there to personally deliver this envelope, and to have a very Merry Christmas. It was so much fun, not only playing "Alice" but helping someone out was great! I asked my friend while we were driving home if she had more money that I could deliver to somebody else!! yay!!!

Tis the season!!!

When my kids were young, I had all these ideas of how we would laugh and bond while decorating the tree with some Christmas movie playing in the background. Well, year after year, it would start that way, then would turn into a fight. The boys would go upstairs and Jessika and I would finish the tree not speaking to each other. Last year when I put up my tree alone with no kids around, it fell over 2 days later... I cleaned it up and put everthing away and didn't have a tree. I HATE putting the tree up, not decorating it,,, but the actually putting the tree together and getting the lights on. My hands hurt thinking about it! Maybe it is from working 10 years in a craft store and fluffing trees till my hands would bleed??? Now that my kids are grown and I have nobody to fight with... I had to get creative. So I just took this little tree I have in my guest bedroom and put some TW colored stuff on it... but I felt like it needed more with this tiny tree in a big room. So, I designed and cut these vinyl decorations and simply applied them to the wall. I think it turned out so cute!!! Well, except for you can see where my son made a hole in the wall and it never got finished being patched up from several years ago!! lol

Eight and I feel GREAT!

SO, this was my eighth time seeing the movie, and my mothers second time. For me, the second time was the best... but for my mom, I don't know!

I am watching the movie and it gets to the part where Edward has come back to school and FINALLY talks to Bella, not that far into it, right? I suddenly hear somebody snoring and wonder who could first of all fall asleep during THIS movie but who could fall asleep this early into it. I look over to see where this person was... and it was MY MOM!!! I caught her another time too, just about to snore! lol I asked her if she was bored, but she said no, that just happens to her and that my dad gets mad at her all the time for it!

We went on to have a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner together! Jessika and Stephen joined us too, then we watched Hancock while I worked on TW craft stuff!!

LuCkY NumBeR SeVeN???

I just returned from my seventh viewing..... I wouldn't say it was my favorite one... don't get me wrong, the company was great... but this guy sitting next to me was NOT happy to be there and so he basically turned away from his wife (making him closer to me) and made stupid remarks through out the entire movie! UGH!

So, tonight I went with Mark and his cute daughter Bailey! After the movie, they walked me to my car, which Bailey knew was mine from the "dazzled" sticker on the back window. We talked for a while, then I offered to give them a ride to their truck.... They get in my car and first thing Bailey notices is my Edward pin that is by the sunroof,,, I laughed and said that he protects me! Then I turn on my car... and the Twilight soundtrack is playing, lol luckily they didn't notice that part! OME, I am just too crazy!!!!!

Soooooooo, tomorrow will make TW viewing number EIGHT, when I go with my mom while the turkey is cooking! Will I make it to ten viewings??

I didn't do very well taking the picture....... but Angie and Casi look so cute! and look at that custom made sweatshirt Angie is wearing... I wonder where she got that from?????

Number six was spent with my friend Angie (team VOLVO) again, along with her daughter Casi and sister Leah! fun was had by all.... I am beginning to know the lines in the movie before they are said.... when I was listening to the soundtrack in my car today, I started reciting lines from the movie as I knew they were spoken during the playing song. Yes, it scares me too!!!!

Leah hasn't read any of the books, and didn't really know much of the story line, but she enjoyed the movie and said she is going to read them now! YAY another Cullen convert!!!!!
Casi is in love with MY Edward too, I was going to bite her,,,, but she is too cute!!

I have been TW movie free for 26 hours now! OME, I miss my ROB!!!

I am NOT going to see it again until 1:00 on Thanksgiving, with my mom! I hope I can make it that long!!!

I wasn't sure how I felt about the movie the first time, there were parts I loved and parts I didn't love. I think I was so scared that I wouldn't like it, that I didn't let myself fully enjoy it.

However, I think the cast did an awesome job with all the characters.

Rob was an amazing Edward!! OME, I love, Love, LOVE him!!!!

Anyway, I think I love the movie more each time I see it!! My mom and I are going to see it on Thanksgiving while the turkey is in the oven....

How many times do you think I will see it before then?????

I am SO happy with how well it did this weekend and also to hear that it is a GO for New Moon!!!! I will be making a trip to visit my friend in Portland during the filming!!! YAY!

OME, this is what I did in my office today!!! I love how it turned out! but I think my kids are going to send me to the looney bin! You can't really see the pictures, but they were all taken during the trip to Forks this past June, SO beautiful there!

I have been BUSY!!! This is my second shipment that I will be sending to Forks tomorrow!!! I am so excited with how well my stuff I sent 2 weeks ago has sold! This is SO much fun!!!!

My sister left today to go back home, I miss her already! We had such a great time together this past week! Back to reality tomorrow!! ugh!!!

I am so excited to be part of the new TW store in Forks, WA!!! It is called "Dazzled by Twilight" it opened on November 1st and my stuff has sold very well! I am getting more stuff together to send for the GRAND opening on November 22nd. If you get the chance to go to Forks.... DO IT! I had SO much fun there! and stop by the store!! There are many talented vendors there!! yay!

My sister is in town and I have put her to work helping me make stuff for this and another BIG event I have coming up!!! How sweet is she?

Meet Miss Alice.... Isn't she just dazzling? Her owner Karin, has been a favorite customer of mine! She is such a sweetie and I am super jealous of her group of friends and their TW get togethers! I want to move to Texas!! When I heard about Alice, I had to send her a cute name tag!!! SO fun!!!!!

I seriously have some great customers, etsy has been such an awesome experience for me! I think it is so cool when somebody takes the time to not only take a picture of what the bought from me.... but to actually email it to me too???? I love it!!!!

I love the "Be safe" decal, it not only shows your TW love, but warns all the maniacs that share the road with you!!!!

When I took the pictures of the soap dispensers, I took them at work (on my lunch hour of course!) I looked up at the view I have from my desk and snapped a couple pictures. I think I have such a beautiful view here!!! Unfortunatly, these pictures don't do the view justice!!!

I wish I had my camera here today, I took these other pictures last Thursday, today is Tuesday and the difference in the colors is AMAZING! the mountains are no longer green, they are bright orange and red!!!! A lot of the trees in the parking lot are yellow now!!! SO pretty!!!

Anyway, I just wanted to share them!!

How fun are these??? I was worried at first that this was crossing the line as far as geekery goes, but when I brought them to work, one of the scientist pulled out his wallet and bought one for his wife. He said that usually when he buys her something... he wonders if she will like it, but he said that the soap dispenser was a no brainer and that I need to expect a lot more orders for her friends and family! lol

Jessika my awesome daughter designed me packaging for when I ship my stuff to the new "Dazzled by Twilght" store in Forks! I am so excited!!!!! She is coming over tonight and we are going to work on the centerpieces for her wedding, watch Gilmore Girls (we are re-watching all the seasons) and hopefully eat Cafe Rio for dinner!!! That was our tradition for most all the years that GG was on! During that time, I was working in retail... but specifically requested Tuesday evenings off for GG, however I told my boss that it was because I had "family therapy" anyway, I am excited for tonight!!

Catch up!!

I have been working on some FUN stuff!! I love the creating process, and then seeing the result... however it doesn't always turn out the same as it may have "looked" in my head.
Now that "Hell" week is over, I first had to get the invites out for Jessikas bridal shower, now I have been working on stuff I am sending to a new store opening in Forks WA! I am so excited to be part of this!!
I spent the evening last night making pens & soap dispensers while watching the presidential debate. I tried to go in it with an open mind... but McCain just creeps me out, I tried listening without watching... but it didn't help. Obama just has such a nicer speaking voice! Is it wrong to vote for someone by the way they sound? lol I have never really been into politics!!! I hate the fact that no matter who I vote for, the republican nominee will always win in Utah, being the rebel that I am, that makes me always want to vote democrat.... even though I don't spend the time to research it all out! Enough of that subject!
I will post some pictures tonight (hopefully) of my new projects! I am going to get them posted on my etsy to see how they will do! yay

I have been meaning to get this blog going for SO long! It has been difficult to find the time... so why not do it at work when I should be working???? My nights and weekends have been so full with classes and prep... and wedding stuff and etsy etc.... I have been getting some great customer photos that I am super excited to post on here as well as my pics from my trip to Forks this summer! This blog will be about all things TW related as well as anything else I feel like sharing.... should be interesting, or boring as my life seems to be sometimes!



I have labeled this week as "Hell Week" why does everything have to happen at once? However after working ALL weekend as well as taking Monday off to work on this stuff too, I am feeling SO much better! Life would be so much better if I was a vampire!! LOL!! Think of everything that could be accomplished if I didn't have to ever sleep?? I am so excited to just focus on creating and making Twilight related stuff! It is tons of fun for me!! yay Of course after this week, I will be focusing more on my daughters wedding and I can't wait for that. We just got her bridals done this past weekend, they turned out so incredible! I have only seen like 10 of the pictures! lol We had some done at the library and the photographer wanted her to be holding a book.... OME, I wanted her to have TW, but I knew that they wouldn't have any of them on the shelf at the library... so we had to settle for a book called "Vampires" or something like that... not that the book cover will be seen, but it is just the thought! How cool would that be? Since I am the Maid of Honor (as well as the Mother of the Bride) I get to throw her a bridal shower!! We are going to do a "As Seen on TV" theme, cuz she and Stephen seem to really love that stuff! I am going to give prizes for the most creative items, should be fun!!!
